What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, project type, approximate project size, preferred deadline and the project information you choose to provide. We may also keep related correspondence and information needed for an agreed service.

Please leave out confidential or sensitive information at the enquiry stage. There is no file upload on the website. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we need enough information to respond.

Why we use your information

We use your details to respond to enquiries, discuss scope, availability and next steps, prepare quotes and provide services where agreed.

Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or performing an agreed contract; our legitimate interests in answering general business enquiries and administering our services; and legal obligations where we must retain records.

Who processes enquiry details

We use Formspree to process website enquiry submissions. Enquiries are delivered to hello@thequalitystudio.com and may be stored in our Formspree account and email service. Hosting and form-service providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request times, to deliver and protect their services.

Formspree uses infrastructure in the United States. It states that it relies on standard contractual clauses for international transfers as a processor. See Formspree’s privacy policy and security information, or contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your enquiry.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiry handling, quoting, service delivery, record-keeping or legal obligations. The period depends on whether an enquiry leads to work, any continuing correspondence and applicable record-keeping requirements. This applies to copies held in Formspree and email as well as our service records.

Your rights

Where applicable, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. These rights depend on the circumstances and are not absolute.

You also have the right to object where we rely on legitimate interests.

Cookies and website technology

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or session replay tools on this website. The hosting service uses Cloudflare’s __cf_bm security cookie to help protect the website from automated abuse. Cloudflare states that it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Fonts and portfolio images are served from this website rather than third-party embeds.
